Our Factory
We produce calcium carbide in Inner Mongolia – 70,000 tons/year, with our own warehouse less than 5 km from Tianjin port. That means faster vessel loading and direct quality control. Every batch of 15-25mm is tested for gas yield (285–290 L/kg) and low impurities.

15-25mm calcium carbide is the go‑to size for steel desulfurization. Injected into molten iron, it delivers fast, consistent sulfur removal with minimal dust. It also works well in medium‑scale acetylene generators, mining lamps, and certain chemical processes where controlled reaction speed matters.
Packing – Two Drum Sizes
Both options fit exactly 22.5 net tons into one 20‑foot container:
50 kg steel drum → 450 drums per container
100 kg steel drum → 225 drums per container
Choose 50 kg for manual handling warehouses, or 100 kg if you have forklifts – fewer drums, less steel waste.

Mixed loads: One container can hold 15-25mm plus other sizes (e.g., 10 tons of 15-25mm + 8 tons of 50-80mm + 4.5 tons of 1-4mm). We separate and label clearly.
