We are a direct manufacturer with 70,000 tons/year capacity. Our warehouse is 5 km from Tianjin port, so we load fast – typically 14 days after deposit. Every drum of 4-7mm calcium carbide is batch‑tested for gas yield (275–280 L/kg) and moisture resistance. We don’t re‑sell; we produce.
What makes 4-7mm different
This granule size is small enough to flow smoothly through narrow feed screws, yet large enough to avoid excessive dust. It’s the preferred size for portable acetylene generators, welding shops, and small‑scale chemical labs. Unlike finer grades (1‑4mm), 4‑7mm doesn’t compact or bridge in humid conditions. Unlike larger lumps (15‑25mm), it reacts quickly without needing crushing.

Markings – Painted directly on drums, no stickers. Add your logo, batch number, production date, consignee details, and warnings in your local language.
Mixed loads – Need 8 tons of 4-7mm calcium carbide plus 10 tons of 50‑80mm and 4.5 tons of 15‑25mm in one container? Yes. We separate each size, color‑code drums, and provide a detailed packing list.
Mixed drum weights – Combine 50 kg and 100 kg drums in the same shipment. Useful when part of your site has no forklift.
