From our Inner Mongolia plant
We produce 70,000 tons of calcium carbide annually, with our own warehouse 5 km from Tianjin port. Every batch of 25-50mm calcium carbide is tested for gas yield (285–295 L/kg) and low phosphorus/sulfur. No third-party blending – we control the furnace.
Where it works best
This mid‑sized lump is a workhorse. It generates acetylene rapidly for cutting and welding, feeds steel desulfurization lances without clogging, and serves calcium cyanamide production. It’s also a solid choice for medium‑to‑large acetylene plants that need a balance between reaction speed and steady output.
Packing – two weights, same container total
Both drum sizes give you exactly 22.5 net tons per 20' container:

Each drum is nitrogen‑sealed. Label includes UN1402, Class 4.3, and moisture warnings.
Customization – no extra fees
We don’t charge for changes that make your warehouse run smoother.
Drum color – 11 RAL shades or your own match. Blue, red, grey, yellow, black – or purple for export‑only stock.
Drum markings – Painted directly (no stickers). Add your logo, batch number, “Keep Dry” in local languages, destination port.
Mixed particle sizes – One container can hold 25-50mm calcium carbide plus 2‑4mm, 4‑7mm, 15‑25mm, 50‑80mm, or 80‑120mm. We separate and label.
Mixed drum weights – Combine 50 kg and 100 kg drums in the same 20' box. Perfect when one site has a forklift and another doesn’t.
